We run Top Starr Teaa Private Limited from our place at 163C in Selvapuram North, Gudalur. Gudalur is a good spot for this kind of business because of the climate and the surroundings. We aren't a huge corporation with offices in the city. Instead, we work right here where the air is a bit cooler and the tea feels more at home. Our building is pretty plain, just a functional space for storage and handling the tea we deal with. We spend most of our time checking the quality of the leaves and making sure they are stored properly so they don't lose their flavor. It’s a small operation, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from moving heavy sacks to writing down orders. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos. We just rely on the tea itself and the people we've been selling to for a long time. Selvapuram North is a quiet neighborhood, and we like it that way. It lets us focus on the work without too many distractions. Sometimes the electricity goes out, which can be frustrating when we're in the middle of something, but we just wait it out. It's not a perfect setup, but it’s ours, and we’ve made it work for us. We're just local people doing what we know best in this part of Gudalur. It is a simple life and a simple business.
