Being at 643001 means we are right in the heart of tea country. Our work is all about the tea leaves that come in from the hills. The weather up here is usually cold and misty, which is perfect for the tea but can be a bit tough on the workers some mornings. We have a regular routine of processing the leaves and getting them ready for the market. The manufacturing unit isn't anything modern or shiny; it’s a functional place that has seen a lot of use over the years. We have local people from the surrounding areas who come in every day to help with the work. Goorisolla Road is a bit out of the way, but it’s where we belong. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Most of what we do is just plain manufacturing, day in and day out.
