Zydus Nycomade Hpl

Zydus Nycomade Hpl is based in Kalwa, which is in the Thane district. Specifically, we are at 3/14 in the Heramb CHS. The building is right on the Mumbai Puna Road, so there is a constant stream of traffic passing by. It can be quite noisy during the day, but we’ve learned to tune it out. Our office is a small unit inside the cooperative housing society. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or an elevator that takes you to the fiftieth floor. It’s a very grounded, local setup. We have our desks crammed in, and there is usually a lot of paperwork piled up because we stay busy. The walk from the main road into the building is short, but the road itself is always crowded with trucks and buses. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every hour or a fancy coffee machine. We usually just bring our own tiffins and eat together. It’s a very simple operation. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s not something we prioritize over our actual work. We've been in Kalwa for a while now and it’s a convenient spot for our transport needs. It’s a real, working-class office environment where we just get things done. We don't worry about being flashy, we just stick to what we know and work through our daily list.
