We are over in the Sonchampa building, room 704 / 73, in Vasant Vihar. It’s a nice enough area on Pokhran Road No.2 here in Thane. Since Custom Capsules Pvt. Ltd. is part of the ACG Group, we handle a lot of the specific division tasks from this spot. It’s a bit different from a factory floor, more of an administrative and coordination hub. The view from the 704 unit is decent, you can see a bit of the neighborhood. It’s a busy part of Thane, so there is always traffic and people moving about. We have our small team here, mostly working on the computers and taking calls. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have stacks of papers, some coffee mugs on the desks, and a lot of binders. We try to stay on top of the division's needs. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a while, so we’ve learned to be patient. It’s a practical workspace. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and we are there working. We’ve been at this 400601 address for a while now. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for us to get to and close to where we need to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. It’s a mix of long phone calls and technical data entry. We like the local shops nearby for lunch. It is a steady routine for us.
