Pharmacare

Pharmacare is spread out a bit between a few locations, which keeps things interesting for us. We have our warehouse operations over in Kalher, Bhiwandi, which is where most of the heavy lifting happens. Then we have our office space in Borivali West, specifically down Sodawala Lane in Govind Nagar. Dealing with the traffic between Bhiwandi and Borivali is probably the hardest part of our day-to-day routine. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating shipments and making sure the inventory is where it needs to be. In the medicine business, you really have to be careful about the details and the expiry dates. Our Borivali office is a practical space where we handle the orders and the billing. It isn't a polished corporate environment; it’s more of a working office with stacks of files and boxes. The team has been together for a long time, so we all know how to handle the rush when a big order comes in. We deal with various suppliers and local shops, making sure they get their supplies on time. Some days are quite long, especially when we are doing a full stock count. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the right products are delivered safely. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork, but it is what we know how to do best after all these years of working in this industry.
