Our office is located right in the Ratnadeep Building on Navghar Road. It’s easy to spot because we are just opposite the Shree Ram Jewellers in Bhayandar East. Being a distributor means our day starts early, usually before the traffic on Navghar Road really gets going. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure boxes are ready for the morning deliveries. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. The space in A/102 is usually filled with stacks of crates and the sound of tape dispensers. Bhayandar East is a crowded place, so we have to be quick when the delivery vans pull up outside. It’s not always easy to find parking, which makes the logistics a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we know most of the people running the shops nearby. It’s a tight-knit community here. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Most of our work is just keeping the supply chain moving so pharmacies have what they need. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a shipment is delayed or the monsoon rain makes the roads messy. We just take it as it comes. It’s about getting the medicines where they need to go without making a big fuss about it. That’s the reality of working in distribution in a place like Thane.
