Varenyam Innovative Solutions Private Limited is based out of Chatale. Our address is HNO.189, and we’re in the Tal-Palghar area. It’s a bit different being away from the massive city centers, but we like the pace here. Chatale has its own charm and it's quieter than Mumbai. We started this because we wanted to bring some innovation to our own corner of the world. It’s not always easy being a private limited company in a smaller place, but we manage. Most of us are locals or have been here long enough to feel like it. We work on various solutions, mostly just trying to solve the problems that come across our desks. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s a functional space where we can focus. We don't have those fancy espresso machines or bean bag chairs you see in magazines. Just normal chairs and decent desks. Some days are slow, others are quite frantic. That’s just the nature of the business. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or complicated manuals. We just talk to each other and get the work done. Being in Palghar means we’re connected to the community here. We see the same people every day at the tea shop. It feels like a real place to work. We’re just Varenyam, doing our thing in HNO.189. It’s a quiet life but we stay busy enough with our projects and the usual paperwork that comes with running a business.
