Capgemini Cons Ind Pvt Ltd is located over at 301 Madison in the Hiranandani Estate area. If you know Gb Road in Thane West, you know it can get pretty crowded, but once you get into the estate, things quiet down a bit. We’ve been set up in this office for some time now. It’s a decent space, nothing over the top, just enough room for the team to sit down and get through the daily grind. We aren't the type to put up big banners or yell about what we do. We just handle the consulting work as it comes in. Most days it’s just us drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets or talking through project details. Hiranandani is a nice place to be based, even if the commute on Gb Road can be a headache during peak hours. We try to keep a relaxed vibe in the office. No one is wearing stiff suits unless there’s a really big meeting, which doesn't happen every day. It’s more about getting the job done right than looking the part. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been with us since the start and a few newer faces. We don’t have a lot of fancy office perks, just a coffee machine that works most of the time and some sturdy desks. It's a practical way to run a business. We're just a bunch of people working in Thane and trying to stay busy.
