Utkarsha International.

Our office is located in the Nilesh Co-Op. H.S.G. Society on Guru Mandir Road. It is in the Saraswat Colony area of Dombivli East. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, which is nice because it keeps the noise down while we work. We are at unit number 6. Utkarsha International isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are a small team that handles international trade and logistics for various clients. We spend hours on the computer looking at customs regulations and shipping schedules. It can be a bit dry, but it's what we know how to do. The office is basically a room with some sturdy desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We have a small kitchenette where we make way too much coffee. Being in the Thane district, we are close enough to the main business hubs but far enough to have some peace. Sometimes our neighbors in the society ask us what exactly we do with all those documents. We just tell them we help things move across borders. It involves a lot of patience. Sometimes a ship is delayed in some port halfway across the world, and we have to explain that to a client here. We don't have a PR department. If you call us, you'll probably talk to me or one of my two colleagues directly. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep things moving.
