Advance Cooling Systems Private Limited

Advance Cooling Systems Private Limited is located in the TTC Industrial Area at Midc Rabale. It’s a pretty busy part of town with a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day. Our place at R-424 is where all the actual work happens. It gets quite hot in the workshop, especially during the summer months, but that is just part of the job when you deal with cooling systems. We have a small team here and most of us have known each other for years. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We are usually covered in some kind of dust or grease by the end of the shift. We started out small and just kept at it, adding more machines when we could afford them. The neighbors in the industrial estate are mostly other workshops, so there is always the sound of banging metal or engines running. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project that needs to get out the door. It’s a practical environment. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We just want the machines to work and the customers to get what they asked for. Rabale is a tough area to work in sometimes because of the dust, but we like it here. It’s where things get built. We focus on the metal and the pipes every single day until the job is done.
