Universal Urdu Primary School

This school is right on Mulana Azaad Road in Bhiwandi. If you know Gaibi Nagar, you know exactly where we are located. It is a tight area with a lot of people moving around all the time. Our school is small and focuses on primary kids. We teach in Urdu because that is what the families around here need for their children. It can get noisy outside with the traffic but once the kids start their lessons, it is usually fine. We have a few rooms and some wooden benches. The teachers live nearby and walk to work most days. It is not a shiny new building but it works for what we need. We see the kids growing up year after year. Some of them have older brothers or sisters who came here before them. We do not spend money on big ads or anything like that. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from neighbors. The address is number 2 on the road. We keep the registers updated and make sure the children are learning their basics. Thane gets very crowded but our little corner in Gaibi Nagar is home to us. It is a practical place for the local families. We just keep the doors open and do the teaching every single day. It is a lot of work but it is what we do here in Bhiwandi.
