Harris Pre Primary School

Our school is located in the M G Chinde Complex, specifically at B/104 on Nawayat Mohalla Road in Nalasopara West. Being in Mumbai, things are always a bit fast-paced and crowded, and our location is no different. The complex is quite busy with various shops and businesses, but we have our own space for the little children who come to Harris Pre Primary. It is a small setup because we mostly deal with very young kids who are just starting their education. You can hear the sounds of rhymes and laughter coming from our rooms throughout the morning. The Nawayat Mohalla Road is usually packed with rickshaws and people walking to the station, so it’s a very lively environment. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing department. It’s just us teachers and a couple of helpers who look after the kids. The classrooms are filled with drawings and colorful charts on the walls to make it look cheerful for the students. We try to keep things organized, though with toddlers, that is always a challenge. Parents from around Nalasopara West drop their kids off before heading to work, and we see them again in the afternoon. We don't make big promises or use fancy language to talk about ourselves. We are just a local pre-primary school where children come to spend a few hours learning their ABCs and playing with their friends in a safe spot.
