We have our office in Kalwa. It is a very busy and crowded area, but that is just part of the charm of being here. We are right in the middle of all the noise and the traffic. Our place is not a big corporate headquarters. It is a modest building where we handle the wholesale and distribution of different medicines. Inside, you will see a lot of shelves filled with samples and boxes piled up in the corners. We don't have a fancy interior designer. We just put desks where they fit and use the space we have. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we have a good routine. We don't use much in the way of high-tech gadgets. A lot of our records are still kept in big ledgers with pens. It feels more personal that way. We know the local doctors and the other shopkeepers in the neighborhood. Sometimes we stop for a tea break at the stall around the corner and just chat about the day. It is a simple, honest way to make a living. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just want to do our work well and make sure our customers get what they need on time. It is a regular job with regular people, and that is how we like to keep it every single day we come in.
