Our place is at Office No. 20 inside the Ajit Shopping Centre, right on the Old Mumbai Agra Road in Thane West. If you know that road, you know it is always packed with cars and bikes, so there is a constant hum of engines outside our door. The shopping center has been there for a while, and it has that old-school feel to it with lots of small businesses side by side. We handle export work, which mostly means we are busy with coordination and tracking stuff. The office isn't very big, so we have to stay pretty organized or things get messy fast. We have some sturdy desks and plenty of shelves for all the files we have to keep. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. People often pop in and out, and there is a lot of chatting with the neighbors in the other units. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s just us trying to make sure the exports get to where they are going without getting stuck somewhere. We take our work seriously, but we are just regular people trying to run a business in a busy part of Thane. Most days are spent chasing updates and making sure the numbers in our books are correct.
