Our workshop is situated at Plot No. 268 in the Pandey Industrial Estate, which is on Pokhran Road No.1 in the Upavan area. It’s a nice spot because you’ve got the hills and the greenery of Upavan nearby, though inside the estate, it’s all business. We deal with industrial tools, so the place is full of metal, boxes, and the sound of packing tape. It is a practical space designed for moving things in and out. The estate can get a bit crowded with delivery vans, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to start their week. We have a small group of guys who handle the inventory and the orders. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door; you just walk in and find someone at a desk or near the racks. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. We focus on the tools we have and making sure they get to where they need to go. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that doesn't really matter when you're busy with orders. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or the weather. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors and everyone just gets on with their day. We’ve been here at Pandey Industrial Estate for a while now and it feels like home. It’s just simple work.
