The Mobile Store Ltd

This location is in Thane West, specifically at Luis Wadi in Sainath Nagar. We are in Mane Chawl, room number one. It is a very local neighborhood with a lot of families living around us. The building is an old-style chawl, so everyone knows everyone else. We have been operating The Mobile Store from here for a while. It’s not like those big showrooms you see in the malls. It’s a small, practical space where we can focus on the work. We keep our tools and spare parts organized as best as we can, though things get messy when we are busy. Usually, there is a lot of chatter and noise from the neighbors outside. We handle a lot of different phone models. Some are quite old, but people still want to keep them running for another year. We spend our hours at the workbench or talking to customers who stop by the door. The fan in the ceiling makes a clicking noise that we stopped noticing months ago. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a phone can't be fixed, we just say so. There isn't any big management team here, just a few of us doing the daily work. We take our breaks when we can and usually get tea from the local stall down the street. It is a humble setup. We are just a part of the local community here in Thane.
