Krishna Electronics

If you’re coming from the Vasai Road station, you’ll find Krishna Electronics right across from the bus depot in Navghar. It’s a very busy spot to be in. There are buses coming and going all day long, so there is always a lot of noise and people rushing to catch their rides. Our shop isn't very large at all. It’s packed from floor to ceiling with boxes, wires, and spare parts for all kinds of devices. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen all sorts of gadgets come and go. People bring in their old televisions or broken radios hoping we can find a part that hasn't been made in a decade. We spend a lot of time with a soldering iron in hand under a bright desk lamp. It’s dusty work and sometimes your eyes get tired from looking at those tiny circuit boards. We don't have a slick website or a team of people in uniforms. It’s just us behind the counter. The shop smells a bit like hot plastic and old electronics most days. Sometimes we can fix things right away and other times we have to wait weeks for a part to show up in the mail. We just tell people the truth about how long it will take to get it running again. Navghar is a hectic place, but we like being right in the middle of the action.
