Tessol Thermal Energy Solutions is located at R-389 in the MIDC area of Rabale. Since we are in an industrial zone, our building is designed for work rather than show. We spend our time here figuring out better ways to keep things cold and manage thermal energy. It is a lot of technical work, but we try to keep it practical. The office sits right next to where we do our testing and assembly, so there is usually a bit of noise from the machinery. We have a mix of engineers and regular staff who all just want to see the units work like they are supposed to. Rabale is a busy area with a lot of trucks moving in and out, which makes sense for the kind of cold chain work we handle. We have been here for a few years now, and the space has filled up with different projects and prototypes. We don't have any big, polished slogans on the walls. We just have a lot of whiteboards with diagrams and parts lists. Most of us are more comfortable in the lab or on the production floor than in a boardroom. It’s a hands-on environment where we spend a lot of time testing how materials react to different temperatures. It is not always a clean or quiet job, but it is what we do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the thermal tech every single day.
