You will find Tessol, which is also known as Thermal Energy Service Solutions Pvt Ltd, at R-389 in the MIDC area of Rabale. This is a very industrial part of Navi Mumbai. We have our space here where we work on thermal energy and cold chain solutions. It is a lot of technical work involving trucks and storage units that need to stay at a certain temperature. The workshop and office are pretty much connected, so you can always hear the sound of tools or people moving things around. It is a hands-on kind of place. We do not have fancy carpets or expensive paintings on the walls. It is just a place for work. We focus on how to save energy while keeping things cold, which is harder than it sounds. Most of the time, we are busy testing new setups or checking on a shipment. Rabale can be a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it is the right spot to get this kind of work done. We have a small group of dedicated people who know their stuff. We do not go around making big promises; we just show people how the technology works and let the results speak for themselves. It is a lot of troubleshooting and engineering, but that is what we are good at. We just keep at it, day in and day out, in this corner of MIDC.
