Teamlead Career Training And Global Services Llp is located in Badlapur, specifically at Flat No. 302 in the I Wing of Mohan Palms Phase 1. It’s quite near Chaitanya Vidyalay, so that’s a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. We’re basically a career training group working out of a residential complex. It’s a bit different from a standard office building, but we think it feels more welcoming. We handle a lot of global services and job training from this apartment. Most of our days are spent on the phone or in front of screens, trying to help people get their careers moving. Badlapur is a bit of a distance from the main Thane city, but it’s a nice area to work in. We don’t have any big corporate signs or a fancy front desk. It’s just a couple of rooms with desks and computers. We started this because we wanted to offer something useful to the people living out this way. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with kids playing outside or neighbors coming home, but we don’t mind. We aren't trying to be some massive recruitment firm. We’re just a small team of people who know the industry and want to share that knowledge. We keep the kettle going for most of the day and just focus on getting the work done.
