Sun Beam Appliances

Sun Beam Appliances is located in the Kothari Compound at Chitalsar, Manpada. We occupy units C-5 and C-6 in the 27 Acre section of the compound. It is a pretty big place with a lot of different warehouses and small factories all mixed together. We have been here for quite some time now. The space is usually filled with boxes of appliances and parts that need to be sorted. It can be a bit hard to move around when a new shipment arrives and everything is stacked up. Our staff are mostly local people from around Manpada. We start work early in the morning before the compound gets too hot. There is a tea stall nearby where we go to take a break and talk about the day. Working with appliances means we have to deal with a lot of small components and wiring. We test everything right here in the units to make sure things are working right before they get sent out. The roads around Chitalsar are narrow and can be a pain for the delivery trucks, but we manage. It is not a flashy job, but everyone needs their home appliances fixed or replaced at some point. We just do the work and try to keep up with the orders that come in. It is a busy life but it keeps us going every day.
