We’re over in Naigaon East, in a place called Dattali. The address is House Number 335, right on the ground floor. It’s near the Juchandra post area. Strugglewin Educational Academy Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a very local feel here. We’re not in some big glass tower; it’s a regular house that we’ve turned into our workspace. There’s a lot of activity in the neighborhood, with people moving about and kids playing nearby. We spend our time working on educational programs and helping students who come by. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to just walk in and ask questions. We like the direct contact with the community. The office is pretty basic—desks, chairs, some books, and computers. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just want to do the work. Most of our days are spent planning lessons or talking to people about their future plans. It’s a busy little corner of Thane. We know the neighbors, and they know us. It feels right to be tucked away in a place like Naigaon instead of a crowded city center.
