We are tucked away near Sawant Chawl, specifically at Pada No.4 in Lokmanya Nagar. Our room number is 1175/1, which might sound a bit confusing if you are looking at a map for the first time, but once you get into the rhythm of the neighborhood, it’s not hard to find. It’s a very local, down-to-earth area. Being near the chawl means there is always a sense of community and people around. We aren't in a high-rise glass building; it’s more of a practical, ground-level kind of existence. The room we work out of is small but we’ve managed to fit everything we need for our educare and employment work. It can get a bit noisy with kids playing outside or neighbors talking, but we actually like that better than a silent, cold office. It feels like real life is happening right outside the door. We spend our days talking to people and trying to sort out schedules and development plans. There’s a lot of paperwork, and the desks are usually covered in notes and pens. We don't have fancy furniture or any of those modern office perks. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning, have our coffee, and try to make some progress on our projects. Lokmanya Nagar has a lot of energy, and being in Pada No.4 puts us right in the middle of it. It’s just a normal, hardworking spot for us and it feels like home to us now.
