Our office is at Door No. 004 in the Jaltarang Lokpuram building. If you’re walking down Giady Alwares Marg in the West, you’ll find us there. It’s a modest setup where we handle the business side of organic chemicals. We don't have a big factory at this location; it’s more about the orders, the logistics, and the phone calls. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the chemicals get to where they need to go on time. The office is often full of folders and spreadsheets. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in numbers, but that’s the nature of the chemical trade. We have to be very careful with the details because even a small mistake in an order can cause a big headache later on. The air conditioning works hard in the summer months because the room can get stuffy with all the computers running. We’ve got a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re answering the phone and the next you’re checking on a delivery status. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, mostly just delivery guys and the occasional visitor. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady. We’ve been at this for some time now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the trade. It’s just how we get by.
