You’ll find us on the ground floor of the Centrium building, unit number 61, right inside Lokhandwala Township. Kandivali East is a busy place, but being inside the township makes it feel a bit more like a quiet community. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the regulars who live nearby pretty well. The clinic is on the ground floor, so it's easy to just walk right in from the street without climbing any stairs. We spend our time mostly managing the chairs and making sure the supplies are stocked up for the week. It’s not a corporate office with a hundred employees; it’s just us. We handle the bookings ourselves and try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long in the lobby area. The space is functional and simple. We have the equipment we need and a small area for people to sit while they wait. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the mall traffic nearby, but inside it’s usually just the sound of the machines and us chatting. We don’t have any big mission statements or fancy goals; we just want to make sure people’s teeth are okay. We show up every morning, put on our scrubs, and get to work. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of town, and we’re happy to be a small part of the daily life.
