Akshyya Dental Clinic

If you’re looking for us, we are on the ground floor of the Amrut Kalash Apartment. It’s right there at Gandhi Chowk in Badlapur, basically next to the IDBI Bank. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for the older folks to get in without dealing with stairs. The clinic is a compact space, but we’ve fit everything we need in there. We have the dental chairs and all the equipment for x-rays and fillings. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when there are a few families waiting, but we make it work. Most of our patients live right here in Thane or just around the corner in Badlapur. We deal with everything from kids getting their first checkup to people needing dentures. There is no corporate office behind us, it’s just a local clinic run by people who live nearby. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because we know people get nervous about the dentist. We don't use any fancy medical jargon if we can help it. We just explain what is happening with the tooth and what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late if a patient comes in with an emergency right at closing time. It’s just part of the job. The bank next door always has people coming and going, so there is plenty of life on the street outside. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay.
