If you are over in Kandivali East, you might have seen our place. We are tucked into Shraddha Row House 2, which is right opposite the BMC Ground. It is a good spot in Thakur Complex, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache if the ground has a big event going on. We call it a family clinic because we really do see everyone from toddlers to grandparents. It is just a small space, nothing like those big corporate hospitals you see in the city center. We keep things pretty low-key. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but the equipment works fine and that is what matters to us. We spend most of our time looking at x-rays or doing fillings. It is honest work. We do not spend money on fancy flyers or billboards. People usually just walk in because they live nearby and have a tooth that has been bothering them for a few days. It is a busy neighborhood and we like the energy of Kandivali. Sometimes we have a chat with the neighbors while we are taking a quick break outside. It feels like a small village in the middle of the big city sometimes. We just try to do right by the people who trust us. There is no big secret to what we do. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last patient is seen.
