Shiv Cold

We are located at Plot D 18/1 in the TTC Industrial Area, right behind the Eveready compound in Turbe. It is a cold storage facility. Basically, we have these big rooms that stay very cold all the time. It is a strange feeling walking from the Mumbai heat right into our units. You definitely need a heavy jacket even in the summer. We store all sorts of things for people, mostly perishables that cannot sit out in the sun. The machines hum all day and night to keep the temperature right. If the power flickers, we have to be on top of it immediately. It is a lot of responsibility because people trust us with their goods. The office is just a small room near the loading bay. It is usually a bit messy with logs and temperature charts. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy logo on the front gate. It is just a functional industrial site. We see a lot of trucks coming in and out at odd hours of the night. Turbe is a busy place for logistics, so there is always traffic on the main road. We have been part of this MIDC area for a long time. Our guys know how to handle the heavy lifting and the cold. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just provide a cold space for stuff that needs it. It is a simple, necessary service for the local businesses around here. We just keep an eye on things.
