Shanti Plastic

If you’re taking the train to Vithalwadi, you’ve probably passed right by us. Shanti Plastic is located just near the railway station, right opposite the military camp in Ulhasnagar No 3. Being in Thane West means there is never a dull moment. The sound of the trains is something you just get used to after a week or so. Our shop is in a bit of a hectic spot, but it’s convenient for people coming and going. We handle a lot of plastic goods, ranging from small household items to bigger pieces for local vendors. It’s a crowded space, and we’ve got stock piled up pretty high. Sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room, but we always manage to squeeze in more. My father set this up because the location was good for transport. We aren't trying to be some high-end boutique. It’s a basic shop for basic needs. We deal with a lot of regulars who come in from the nearby residential blocks. The military camp across the way is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We spend most of our time sorting through deliveries or helping people find the right size bucket or container. It’s repetitive work, but it’s steady. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing where we are and what we have. It’s been that way for years, and it works for us.
