Self Entrepreneur

I run my business, which I call Self Entrepreneur, out of B/12 in the Yamuna Srishti building. This is over in Sector 3 of Mira Road (E). It’s not a giant corporate office with a lobby; it’s more of a personal workspace where I can focus. Being in Mira Road means there’s always a lot of people around, but once I’m inside, it’s just me and the work. I started this because I wanted to do things my own way without all the red tape you find in bigger places. Most of my day is spent on the computer or making calls. It gets a bit lonely sometimes, but I like the freedom of it. The Yamuna Srishti area is pretty decent, and it’s easy enough for people to find if they need to stop by. I don’t have a fancy team or a big marketing budget. It’s just about getting the daily tasks done and making sure things are moving forward. My desk is usually covered in notes and coffee mugs, which is how I like it. I don't use big words to describe my work. I just take on projects and see them through to the end. It’s a simple life, working from Sector 3, but it keeps me busy. There’s always something new to learn when you’re doing it all yourself. I just keep at it, one day at a time, right here at my desk. It works for me.
