We've been at the Laxmiplaza building for a while now. It’s right across from the Municipal Commissioner’s Bungalow in Thane, which makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming by. If you know the Patlipada area, it's pretty straightforward to find B-007 on the ground floor. We handle a lot of the import and export stuff from here under the name Seher Exim Pvt. Ltd. It gets really busy during the day with the traffic on the road outside, but we manage to stay focused on the work. We are just a small team working out of this spot. Most of our time goes into being on the phone or tracking various shipments on the computer. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls, just a practical place to get the daily work done. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavily, but that’s just how things are around here. We deal with various goods coming in and going out of the country. Being in this part of Maharashtra helps because we aren't too far from the main transport hubs. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure things arrive where they are supposed to. We just stick to our routine and keep things moving along. Most people who stop by are local vendors or delivery guys. We like the neighborhood here. It’s got a decent mix of residential and business spots. We’ve stayed in this unit for several years now because it suits our needs perfectly.
