You can find Santech Inst. Allied. Ind. over in the MIDC area of Dombivli East. We are on Plot No Rl-45 in Milap Nagar. Being in an industrial zone means it is always busy with trucks and people moving things around. The air has that industrial smell to it, which we have all gotten used to over the years. We work on various instruments and allied products here. It is mostly technical work, so the workshop is full of tools and testing equipment. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is where the work happens. We have a small team of technicians and office staff. We are not a big corporation with fancy uniforms. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for the job. We have our tea breaks out front when the weather is okay. The rainy season is always a bit of a challenge around here because the roads in the industrial estate can get messy. But we just keep the shop running. We have been at this plot for a long time and have seen many other businesses come and go. We just focus on what we have to do for the customers who call us. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment. We do not have a big marketing team; we just let the work speak for itself. The guys in the workshop have been here for a long time and they know exactly where every tool is kept. We don't have a lot of space, so things are stacked up pretty high on the shelves.
