Samina Electro Control

You can find us in the Adarsh Industrial Estate, specifically in units 4 and 5. We are right on 1st Pokhran Road over in Upvan. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. The air is a bit dusty sometimes because of all the activity nearby. Our space isn't glamorous at all, just a functional workshop where we spend most of our daylight hours. The concrete floor has some oil stains and there are stacks of parts waiting to be moved. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now, and we know all the other shop owners around the estate. Usually, we start early before the sun gets too high because the metal roof gets hot. Samina Electro Control is just a name on a small plaque near the door. We don’t really do much advertising or anything. People mostly find us because they know where Upvan is or they saw the sign while driving down Pokhran Road. There is a small canteen nearby where we grab lunch, and that’s usually the highlight of the break. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just us focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a bit noisy, and the lighting could be better, but it works for what we need to do. We just keep things moving and make sure the doors are locked up tight before we head home.
