Saiprem Nidhi Limited is located in Anandi Bhawan, right across from BK No. 552 in the Awat Chowk area of Ulhasnagar-2. We are near the Kailash Co-operative Housing Society. It’s a very local part of Thane, and we are right in the middle of the community. Being a Nidhi company, we are all about people helping each other out with savings and small loans. It’s a very traditional way of doing things that still works well today. Our office feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a stiff financial institution. People often drop in just to say hello or ask a quick question about their accounts. We know most of the faces that come through the door. The area around Awat Chowk is always full of life, with people going to the market and kids playing nearby. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It’s just us in the office, making sure the records are right and the members are taken care of. We keep our books in order and try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s a simple, honest business, and we are proud to be part of Ulhasnagar. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we plan on staying right here in Anandi Bhawan for the long haul.
