Our office is at 15 Om Ravi Darshan, which is part of the Jai Hind Colony in Vishnunagar. This is over in Dombivili West. It is a pretty standard neighborhood, mostly families and people going about their business. We opened up here because it is a convenient spot for people in the colony. The building itself is older, but it is sturdy. Inside, we have a few counters and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, maybe just a calendar and some notices. The fan usually stays on high speed because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy with the vegetable vendors or kids playing, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of the day handling documents and talking to customers who walk in from the nearby streets. It is not a high-pressure environment, though it can get busy around the first of the month. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who comes through the door. There isn't any big secret to how we run things; we just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in Dombivili. It’s a simple setup in a quiet part of town, and that suits the way we like to do things. No fluff, just the daily routine.
