Universal Experts

We are based over at Omkar Premises, right on the first floor. It’s unit X-12/2. Being near Aims Hospital makes it easy for people to find us. We call ourselves Universal Experts because we handle a bit of everything when it comes to consulting and helping people with their paperwork. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who need advice on their projects. It gets busy during the middle of the week. We aren't big on fancy titles or wearing suits every day. Most of us just wear what's comfortable and get to work. The building is older, but it works for us. We've been in this neighborhood for a good stretch of time and know the local rhythms. Sometimes we stay late when there's a deadline, drinking coffee and trying to get the details right. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to be useful to the people who walk through the door. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. You get to know the clients personally. If you see the sign near the hospital, that’s us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It takes a lot of focus to get the documents processed, but we have a system that seems to work well enough for everyone involved.
