S V Machine Tools

Our workshop and office is located at 11, K.P. Complex, right on Navapur Road in Boisar. It’s quite an industrial area, being in the Palghar district. S V Machine Tools has been around this spot for a few years now. The air smells a bit like oil and cut metal most mornings. We have a few big lathes and milling machines that take up most of the floor space. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s where we get the work done. The office part is just a small cabin partitioned off with some glass. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, even with the fans going full blast. We mostly deal with local factories and guys who need parts fixed or new tools made. There’s always a bit of grease on someone’s hands. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just the technicians and a couple of people handling the bills. The road outside can get very muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a trek to get to the main gate. We take our tea breaks together sitting on whatever is available. It’s hard work, and we don’t pretend it’s anything else. We focus on making sure the machines we send out actually do the job they’re supposed to. That’s about it for us here in Boisar. We just keep our tools sharp and our heads down.
