S Jay Associates LLP is located in the Happy Valley complex, which is right near Tikujini Wadi. We are in building A21, room 402. This area of Manpada in Thane West is usually humming with activity because of the nearby attractions and the busy G B Road. Even with all that noise outside, our office stays fairly quiet. We spend our time working through various consultancy assignments, mostly involving a lot of research and writing. The office has a lived-in feel to it, with books and folders everywhere. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, though sometimes the dust from the road is a problem. Working near Tikujini Wadi means there’s always something happening in the neighborhood. We mostly stick to our own schedule, though. We start with a morning meeting to see what’s on the plate for the day and then we just dive in. There isn't any fancy jargon used around here; we just speak plainly about what needs to get done. If you ever walk by, you’ll just see a few people hunched over their laptops. It’s a decent enough spot to spend the day, and being in Manpada makes it easy for us to get to different parts of Thane when we need to. It’s just our regular workplace where we get through the week.
