Rial Design & Automates

Our office is tucked away in Thane at the Dafoodil building. It’s part of Vasant Park on Vasant Valley Road. It is a bit of a climb to A/605 but once you are here, it’s a decent spot to work on designs. We focus on automation and how to make things move without a lot of manual help. The Gandhare area is growing, so there is always construction noise nearby. We spend a lot of time on computers and working through technical layouts. It’s not a huge factory floor, just a practical space where we can think and put things together. Some days we are out at client sites, but mostly we are right here in Thane. The road outside can get backed up during rush hour, which is pretty common for Maharashtra. We started this because we liked seeing how machines could be improved. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. We just have our workstations and a lot of cables. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when we are testing a new setup and things start clicking into place. We take our time with the work because getting it wrong means a lot of trouble later. People in the building know us as the guys who are always tinkering with stuff. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do. We like being in this part of town and Rial Design & Automates has been here for a good while now.
