Resolin Associates Llp is located up on the 13th floor of the Azziano building in Rustomjee Urbania. Being in Majiwada means we get a decent view of the surroundings from Flat H 1306. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes for a pretty calm place to get work done. We aren’t some big corporate entity with a marble lobby. It’s just a practical space where we handle our associate work and daily business tasks. The elevator can be slow sometimes, especially during the morning rush, but we’ve gotten used to it. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We’ve been in this part of Thane for a bit now and like the community feel. It’s not your typical stuffy office. We wear casual clothes mostly and just focus on the projects at hand. There’s always someone making tea or checking the mail. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or decorations. The focus is always on the work, not the appearance. It feels more like a home office than anything else, which keeps the stress down. We like being in a place that feels real.
