We are based out of C-24 in the MIDC area of Pawne. If you know the industrial zone here, you know it gets pretty crowded with trucks and tempos moving in and out all day. At Refrigerated Distributors Pvt. Ltd., our main thing is keeping things cold while they move. The warehouse has that constant hum from the cooling units which you eventually just stop noticing after working here for a few hours. It’s a big space but it fills up fast depending on what’s coming in for the week. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure the seals on the doors are tight. The air inside is always a bit chilly, so we usually keep jackets handy even when it is boiling hot outside in Pawne. It’s a practical sort of place with concrete floors and high ceilings. We have a small area near the front where we keep the records and handle the drivers who come to pick up goods. Sometimes the schedules get a bit messy when a truck is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. There isn't much to the office side of things besides some old desks and a computer that’s seen better days. We aren't trying to do anything fancy here, just making sure the distribution side stays moving without any big hitches in the cold chain for our clients.
