Recruitment Co-Ordinator

We are located in Thane, at B.S House in Shanti Nagar. It is actually Room No 4, so it is a pretty small setup we have here. Being in Maharashtra, things are always moving fast, and our recruitment work is definitely part of that. The space is a bit tight with all the desks and the files we keep, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time coordinating between companies and people looking for jobs, which involves a whole lot of phone calls. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing all morning, which can be a bit much, but it is better than having no work at all. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and we are right there at our desks. The neighborhood is a typical busy part of Thane, with plenty of noise and people moving around. Most of us bring our lunch from home and eat together while talking about whatever is on the news. It is a simple way of working, without any of those big corporate meetings or long presentations. We just focus on the names and numbers in front of us. It can get a bit tiring by the end of the week, but we have got a good routine down now. We have been in Shanti Nagar long enough that we know the local shops and the best places to get a quick coffee. If you drop by, you will probably see us all busy.
