Excellence Manpower 24x7 Enterprises

We are over on Dativali Road in Diva East. Excellence Manpower 24x7 Enterprises isn't a massive corporate entity with hundreds of office staff, it’s mostly just us keeping things running on the ground level. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who need work or companies looking for a bit of help with their daily shifts. Diva East is a growing spot, and being right on Dativali Road means we see a lot of the local traffic and folks passing through. The 24x7 part of the name is mostly because the work never really stops; people call at all hours when someone doesn't show up for a shift or when a factory needs extra hands urgently. We don't have a flashy reception or anything like that. It's a functional space where we keep our files and meet the workers. It can get a bit chaotic when several people come in at once looking for placements, but we manage. My brother and I started this because we saw how hard it was for people in our part of town to find steady work. We just try to bridge that gap without making things too complicated. We’ve been at this for a few years now, and while it’s hard work, it feels good to see people getting their paychecks. If you’re around Diva, you’ll probably see our sign near the main road.
