Recruitment Consultant

We are based out of Soniya Smriti Nagar in Nallasopara East. If you know the Babul Pada area, we are right there at number 37. It’s a busy neighborhood in Thane, always something going on outside the window. We’ve been working as recruiters for quite a while now. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t see the point in spending a lot on fancy furniture when the work happens on the phone and through the mail. Most of the people we talk to are just looking for a decent way to earn a living. We listen to their stories and see where they might fit in. Sometimes the train commute into the city is a mess, so we appreciate being out here. We deal with all kinds of companies, mostly local ones that need someone to start right away. It’s a lot of matching names to numbers. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to call someone back until the next day, but we try our best to keep things moving. We aren't a big corporate agency. It's just a few of us here trying to help people get jobs. The rent is fair and the tea stall nearby is good, so we stay put. If you’re in the area, you might see us heading out for lunch or standing by the door. We don't have any flashy slogans or anything, just work.
