Ramco Plastics

Our place is at 120/2 in the Rajashree Industrial Estate. We are right near Lawkim Ltd. in the Manpada area. It is an easy place to work out of, though the road can get a bit congested during the shift changes. We have been handling plastics here for quite some time now. The facility has that specific smell of warm plastic that you get used to after the first week. We have a few rows of machines and a small office section partitioned off with some glass that has seen better days. It is mostly a practical setup meant for getting the work out the door. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. Our staff is mostly people from nearby who have been with us for years. We share tea in the afternoons and talk about the news or the local cricket scores. The estate itself is quite old, so things like the plumbing can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We just fix what needs fixing and keep going. It is a busy environment but we try not to let it get too stressful. We keep a close eye on the stock levels and make sure the machines are running okay. It is just us doing our jobs in Manpada, day in and day out. There’s no big secret to how we run things, just staying on top of the daily chores.
