Raj Computer Academy

You will find Raj Computer Academy up on the 7th floor of the Shree Thana Jain Vardham Hthanak building. We are right on Dr Moohe Road, directly across from Nauka Vihar and the Talaopali lake. Having the lake right there is nice because it gives us a good view when we take a break from the computer screens. Being on the seventh floor means we are away from the street noise, which helps everyone focus better on their work. We teach people how to use computers, from basic stuff to more complicated programs. It is a lot of sitting and explaining, but we enjoy it. The lift in the building works most of the time, though we have had to walk up those stairs once or twice, which is quite a workout. We have several rows of desks with computers set up for the students. It is a practical environment. We don't go for anything fancy; we just want the machines to work so people can learn. Talaopali is such a landmark in Thane, so everyone knows where we are located. We see all kinds of students here, from young kids to older folks wanting to learn something new. We just keep things simple and try to make sure everyone understands what they are doing before they leave for the day. It’s a steady job in a nice part of town.
