R R A Herbs And Spices Llp is located in the Parasnath Complex, specifically units 204 and 205 in the A-1 building. We are out on the Mankoli Anjur Phata Road in Valpada, which is part of the Bhiwandi area. If you know Bhiwandi, you know it’s full of warehouses and trucks. The traffic around here is constant and very loud. We chose this spot because it's practical for moving goods in and out. Inside our units, it smells like a mix of dried leaves and strong peppers. We spend a lot of time sorting through herbs and getting the stems out. It’s tedious work that requires a lot of patience. My partner and I handle the orders ourselves. We don't have an automated system for everything, so there's a lot of writing things down in ledgers. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving crates around, but that's just how a working warehouse looks. We get deliveries of raw herbs throughout the week and then we have to process them. Sometimes the humidity is an issue, so we have to keep the fans running all day long. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just supply what people ask for and try to keep our costs down. It’s a busy place with a lot of dust and heavy bags, but it’s our business. We just want to get through the orders and make sure the truck drivers aren't waiting too long.
