We are located at Plot No 66 in Phase 2 of the MIDC area in Dombivli East. It’s mostly an industrial zone, so things feel a bit different here compared to the residential parts of Thane. Being right opposite AIMS Hospital means we get a lot of people who are visiting or working there. The area stays pretty busy with trucks and workers moving around Milap Nagar. Our building is a simple structure that fits in with the rest of the MIDC. Inside, it’s just a regular setup with tables and the kitchen area. We spend most of our hours prepping and making sure everything is ready for the day. There isn't much in the way of decoration, as we prefer to keep things plain and easy to clean. The street outside can get quite dusty since there is so much construction and industrial activity nearby. We have been here for a bit now and have grown accustomed to the hospital sirens and the sound of machinery in the distance. It’s a working-class neighborhood, and we feel like we fit right in. We don't use any fancy systems or corporate language. It’s just us running the place, trying to stay organized. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or out front clearing tables. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we do. We just want to provide a decent place for people around Dombivli East to stop by during their busy day.
