Our place is at 116 Vardhaman Industrial Estate, which is over in Gokul Nagar, Thane West. It’s a busy industrial estate, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time now. Being in Gokul Nagar is good for us because the location makes sense for moving drugs and pharmaceutical supplies around Thane. The unit itself is pretty basic. We have some shelving, a couple of old desks, and a lot of boxes. It’s not the cleanest or the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it’s where we do our work every day. Sometimes the hallways of the industrial estate get blocked with pallets, but everyone around here just works together to move them. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years. We aren't really into the corporate culture thing; we just want to make sure the orders are right and the shipments go out when they’re supposed to. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking the storage temperatures. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one step at a time. The tea stall right outside the estate is where we usually end up talking about the day's problems. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any of that. We just rely on doing our job and staying here at our spot in Thane West. It's worked for us so far, so we just keep going through the routine.
