Pranav Industries

You can find Pranav Industries on the 1st floor of Unit No.36 in Shailesh Industrial Estate No 4. It’s an industrial area, so it’s loud and there’s always trucks moving around. We spend our days dealing with machines and making sure the production line doesn’t jam up. It’s hot in the summer and the fans don’t do much, but we keep at it. Our team is small, mostly guys who have lived around here for years. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making parts and keeping the orders moving out the door. The floor gets dusty no matter how much we sweep it, which is just part of the job when you’re in an estate like Shailesh. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in work clothes holding a wrench or looking at a blueprint. It's practical work. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a shipment is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We don’t use big corporate talk because it doesn’t help get the work done. We just focus on the task in front of us. It’s been our routine for a long time now. We show up, do the shifts, and head home. That’s the reality of life here at Unit 36.
